This request addresses the need for scrum team members with skill set as IT Business Analysts within Front Office, Mid Office, Operation and Back office including accounting.In addition the following skill set QA, Test and preferably knowledge to configuration of Endur requests.
The client is delivering IT solution supporting business requirements reflected in relevant product backlogs defined for different business initiatives in MPR CLP and NG.The activities will be related to:- establishing solutions on the Endur platform; establishing Endur extensions (e.g. tailor made 100% fit for purpose add-ons) using the Endur related technologies and internal frameworks; establish new bespoke solutions; implementing necessary enhancements to the legacy systems in CLP and NG.
A successful candidate will have:
1. Ability to work thorough and methodical with repetitive work.
2. Structured and detail oriented
3. Technical understanding
4. Experience from configuration management from ex. SAP, QA and Test are also valuable skill set to full fill this scrum team member role.
5. Ability to work independent, be proactive and self going
6. Ability share knowledge and act as a mentor
7. Ability to work in team and act as a team member
8. Ability to provide training classes is preferred
9. Knowledge about scum is preferred
10. Good communication skills
11. Interested in and capable of building quality software
