If you recommend a friend or colleague, who we successfully place in a new role, you will receive the following:

£250 for a candidate referral leading to a placement*

Heard about a vacancy?

If you refer us to a job vacancy that we subsequently go on to fill, you will receive the following:

£500 for a vacancy referral resulting in a placement**

Candidate Referral Terms

Aardvark will pay a candidate referral reward up to 6 months after the initial referral date.

* Each candidate referral needs to meet the following criteria:

• The referral person(s) you recommend must not be already registered with Aardvark Consulting.
• The referral person(s) must complete a minimum period of 13 continuous weeks with their new employer or new contract assignment.

The referral reward can be paid as Euros if it the referral meets the above criteria. The exchange rate will be set by Aardvark Consulting in line with current market rates.

It is your responsibility to declare the cash reward to the relevant tax authority.

Aardvark Consulting reserves the right to alter or terminate the terms and conditions of the referral programme without any requirement to notify other parties involved.

** Each vacancy referral needs to meet the following criteria:

• The vacancy you recommend must not be already registered with Aardvark Consulting.
• The successful placement candidate must complete a minimum period of 13 continuous weeks with the new employer or new contract assignment.

The referral reward can be paid as Euros if it the referral meets the above criteria. The exchange rate will be set by Aardvark Consulting in line with current market rates.
